
Founder & CEO, Dream Opportunity
Joshua Pierce is the Founder and CEO of Dream Opportunity, a global nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding career access and economic mobility for under-resourced students. Under his leadership, Dream Opportunity has grown to serve students across eight countries, partnering with Fortune 500 companies, major universities, and leading nonprofits to provide career exploration, mentorship, internships, and workforce development opportunities.
Joshua has cultivated global partnerships with organizations including JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, EY, Blackstone, Brookfield, Warner Bros. Motorola, Paramount, Informa, Amazon, Mars (Pop-Tarts, Pringles, and Cheez-It) and more, creating opportunities that expand students' career exposure, strengthen their career readiness, and connect them directly with industry professionals.
A graduate of New York University, Joshua also founded the edtech startup Dreamari to scale the impact of Dream Opportunity through technology, helping students explore careers, develop professional skills, and make more informed decisions about their futures.
Joshua is one of four co-founders of the Reconciliation League, where he helps shape the aesthetic of the League's public identity and communications while supporting its internal organizational infrastructure, operational systems, and back-office execution. His work focuses on building the organizational foundation needed to advance the League's mission, programming, and long-term growth.
